easy 雞翼 recipes

沙茶雞翅
材料：
雞翅六隻
蒜六辦
沙茶二匙
鹽半茶匙
胡椒少許

做法：
1. 雞翅洗淨後先用叉子戳出些洞洞 方便入味 蒜切末
2. 處理好隻雞翅加入蒜末及所有調未料伴勻 醃約1-2小時
3. 將雞翅排放在盤中，中間可將雞翅翻面可烤得較均勻。

烤蜜糖雞翼
材料：
雞翼10隻
豆粉適量
糖適量
豉油適量
蜜糖3湯匙
　 　 　
做法：
1. 把雞翼解凍，用豉油、糖和豆粉醃 15 分鐘。
2. 焗爐預熱 230度。
3. 將已醃好的雞翼放入己預熱的焗爐內焗 15-20分鐘至金黃色。
4. 要時不時反轉雞翼好使兩面焗得均勻。
5. 雞翼兩面塗上蜜糖再焗 2-3 分鐘，即可上桌。

Apple iPhone

when ppl are talking about apple iPhone, i donno why i'm not very excited about it at all. maybe i've seen most of the features from other phones already. just for curiosity, i do wanna see it when it comes out even i'm not an apple fan. :p

committee meeting

Sunny had a fellowship committee meeting with Ivon and John tonite at our place. And Karen was coming to prepare a nice dessert for us!!! YES! It is Soufflé! For sure you can tell how yummy it is by just looking at the picture!

Money Tree - botanical name Pachira

we went to ikea today after the doctor appointment this morning. ikea is usually packed with people during weekend, so i think it is nice to go there in quiet hours. :)
i bought a small tree again there even sunny seemed to complain about there is no space for more plants at home. so it is now in my room standing near the window. :) after i read more info. on the net, i find out it is believed to bring good luck and fortune. oh well, take care of the Pachira tree just like treating any other indoor plants, brief sunlight exposure and light watering will keep the plant healthy.

anne of green gables

i've just started to read "anne of green gables", canada's best known novel by L.M. Montgomery. it doesn't seem to be hard to read, i think i can finish it. :)

It is my last day at work before "taking a break" ...

This is the final day of my colleague with my team, at least for the moment. As he is a contractor, he needs to wait for the paper work things done. Our group is special, we only have 2 employees (including myself) and the rest is contractor (or consultant). We're always short on staff ... oh well ...

big?

am i really big? how come ppl keep saying i'm very big?

1) i was on the elevator yesterday morning with a couple ppl who work in the same building, they said i'm too big that i should stay home instead ...
2) i was lined up to get a juice, the lady next to me asking me the due date and then asked me if expecting to have a twin? she said my tummy is very big ...
3) the nurse told us the baby is a bit (just a little bit) oversized from the previous ultrasound ...

the fact is i feel very very tired and heavy especially these couple days ...

i can very easily see and feel jacob's moving now, especially after a glass of juice.

why?

sometimes i really don't understand why ... why there are so many ppl refuse to accept God? even if they have attended to many church's activities, heard the gospel and testimony many times???

why don't we believe in thing that is so obvious (creation), real (history) and good (gospel)???

i start to feel frustrated and angry about them, i know i should not. but i donno ... maybe we all have our own struggles. and i still believe God has His own timing. :)
